It was also meant to bring together all the staff of Pagasa per Division for a day of fun-filled team-building activities and games that help to create solidarity and teamwork among all Pagasa employees.

At the end of the day, prizes were distributed to the winners of various games and activities.

In partnership with Pagasa Philippines Lending Company Inc. (PPLCI) and Pagasa ng Masang Pinoy Foundation Inc. (PMPFI), PPMBAI co-sponsored the Annual Development Officers (DO) Gathering and Team-Building from August to September 2018.

The purpose of the gathering was to give opportunities for the field staff, especially the front liner Development Officers to raise their concerns directly to the management to improve Pagasa’s policies, management and operations. The morning session served as an open forum for the staff’s grievances and concerns.
