- Ms. Jonnette C. Almanzar is the current Human Resources and Administration Manager and formerly served as Executive Assistant at the Pagasa Philippines Finance Corporation (PPFC). She has been actively involved in organizational leadership, serving as Vice President of the Pagasa ng Pinoy Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (PPMBAI) from June 2017 to September 2025. In October 2025, she assumed the position of President of PPMBAI, continuing her dedicated service and commitment to the organization’s mission.

- Mr. MD Azizur Rahman is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Pagasa Philippines Finance Corporation (PPFC). He was elected as a Board Member of the Pagasa ng Pinoy Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (PPMBAI) in 2024, and in 2025, he was elected as the Vice President of the association, continuing to contribute his leadership and expertise to its growth and development.

- Atty. Dyan Marie A. Lucero is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business, corporate, and taxation laws, as well as contract negotiation. She previously served as Chief Counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission (CGFD-MD) and was part of the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council Secretariat. Her corporate experience includes roles as Contract Negotiator at the London Stock Exchange Group and a member of the Office of the Corporate Secretary at Filinvest Land, Inc. She has also shared her expertise as a Part-time Professor at Far Eastern University. In September 2025, she became the Corporate Secretary of PPMBAI.

- Ms. Zeny De Jesus has a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship for Social Development. She has more than 20 years experience in the Microfinance industry. She was the Past President of PPMBAI from May 2013 to June 2015 and currently PPMBAI Treasurer.
