(PMPFI), PPMBAI\nco-sponsored the Annual Development Officers (DO) Gathering and Team-Building\nfrom August to September 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of the gathering was to\ngive opportunities for the field staff, especially the front liner Development\nOfficers to raise their concerns directly to the management to improve Pagasa\u2019s policies, management and\noperations.
