It was held in April-May and October November. The purpose\nof the GL Gathering was to stregthen Pagasa\u2019s relations with its members through the\nGroup Leaders, serve as the avenue to discuss borrowers concerns and issues in\nrelation to Pagasa\u2019s programs and services, and train\nthe Group Leaders on strengthening group solidarity and leadership. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pagasa-mba.com.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Picture6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-449\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was also a time for the Group\nLeaders to share their experiences in their group and the strategies they\nuse to ensure effective group management and efficient collection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hundreds of group leaders from Pagasa&nbsp;\nbranches\nattended the Gathering. Members of the executive committee and heads of support units in the Head Office, and\nDivision management and staff also attended the Gathering to listen to the\nconcerns raised and share updates on Pagasa\u2019s policies, programs and services. The group leaders were happy to be able to attend the program as they received\ncertificate of participation\nand umbrella\u2019s courtesy of PPMBAI after the gathering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/pagasa-mba.com.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Picture1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-448\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Group Leaders Gathering was held twice in 2018.
