She obtained her bachelor\u2019s degree at the University of Santo Tomas. RICARDO P. LIRIO<\/strong> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mr Ricardo Lirio from Makati City\u00a0is a CPA. He took his Bachelor\u2019s Degree at Far Eastern University and Placed 19th at the CPA board examination in 1961. He served as Bank Group Head at SGV &amp; Co. and Vice President in Operations at CITIFIN Co., Citibank affiliate. He is the previous Managing Director of Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas in 2005. Prior to his retirement, he \u00a0represented BSP in various international and domestic forum on the subject of microfinance. He also held the position of Secretary of PPMBAI from 2018 to 2024.
